I really like this new steam iron. I held onto the old one for far too long, so I really appreciate the lovely smooth sole plate, the great steam output, and the option for steaming in the upright position. Kudos for a good product at a very affordable price.

Had this iron a little over 3 months it leaks brown liquid on my clothing. Sad because it is just barely out of the 90th day!

I'm on my second iron and it just stopped working. First one wouldn't spray water since the button wasn't seated right and had to be exchanged. If you thought the price was too good to be true, you were right. I'll never buy this brand, EVER AGAIN!!

This is a very good iron. LCD is very easy to read. Eleven settings should cover all your ironing needs. It has some heft, but that comes in handy when ironing. Heats up very quickly. Got rid of all the wrinkles. This is for my 92 year old mother. She has poor vision, but she has no problems seeing the LCD screen settings. Overall, great iron, especially for the money. Five stars.

I really like this iron, heats up quickly, gives off a lot of steam if you set it for steam ironing, all around very happy with this purchase. I am a big fan of digital irons and this one has a setting for every fabric. Haven't had it long but hoping to have it for years to come

Easy to fill water tank. Seems pretty good but needs spray bottle for crease removal.It's the right weight. Just got this so I'll see how long it lasts. Hope more than a year. Reasonably priced. I have heard now days it doesn't matter if you pay a lot or a little for an iron they all start leaking in about a year. ??

Received the iron with a minor problem. Was able to call customer service with an immediate response and a solution to my issue. Was shocked to actually have someone pick up the phone and solve a problem! The iron itself looks well made. The large water reservoir is terrific. I like a heavy iron and the weight is quite comfortable and sufficient. I would definitely recommend and buy again. (Thank you Daisey in customer service.)

It's heavy, which I had to get used to, but I love the digital settings. My husband irons his clothes on Cotton and I always used to forget to check and would burn my clothes. This iron resets every time you use it so it's perfect for us.

The iron does work better than the old Hamilton Beach that I owned, but is not made nearly as well. It feels flimsy....lots of plastic. So time will tell if it holds up. The steam trigger takes some getting used to and the lever / setting below is in a bad spot....frequently gets bumped and will move to a lesser setting. I tested it on a few shirts....ones that I was unable to get wrinkles out of using the Hamilton Beach product. This was noticeably better. However, the recovery time for the steam is not as prompt as the Hamilton Beach so it really didn't save additional ironing time. The water reservoir is larger so instead of 2.5 shirts per iron, I'm getting almost 4 before I need to fill up again. Their quality control needs a little work. Mine arrived with scratches to the Teflon coating on the metal base, numerous water spots and scratches all over the outside of the unit and water dripped to my hands as I continued to inspect.

Tired of being frustrated after ironing that wrinkles are still on clothes you just ironed? This PurSteam model iron really impressed me! It is bulky but surprisingly glides easily and water does not leak through the steam holes which was one of the things I was looking for in an iron especially on my military uniforms! Dress pants, jeans, school uniforms, t-shirts, collared shirts, dresses, clothes made with various/mix materials, cosplay costumes no problem! With the digital LCD screen you can set the right temperature easily.

Small things in life I love, one of them is a really good iron. 10 years in the military, and I can't run around with wrinkles in my clothing. This iron is replacing one I've had for about 20 years, so hoping it lasts as long. This is a beast, many settings, and temp control and the display is great! Kind of wish I would've bought a new one sooner, but the old one kept on working...
