I decided to try a new brand and so far I am delighted with my new iron except for one feature. It turns itself off rather quickly .... since I do a lot of sewing, it turns off before I finish sewing a seam to steam open. I just get up and move it so it will turn on again, but I wish it stayed on a bit longer ... at least a few minutes longer.

This is the first digital Iron I've had. I like the standby mode, if you forget to turn it off, it is not timed to totally go off, but is not hot. I love every feature on it. The only thing that is a little difficult for me is the weight. (Couldn't find it in the manual.) Hope to have it for a lifetime !

Spray function just dribbles water, soaking what I'm trying to iron. I also didn't get wrinkle out as well as I would expect. There was a loose screw in the box. Can not see from where. Looks cheap, feels cheap-oh wait, it was cheap. Have no idea what I'll do next. No iron looks to be worth it.

I'm a quilter and I'm at the iron all day,I'm loving this iron the steam rarely runs out.heating is great and soleplate doesn't stick to fabrics.my only drawback is I would like it to stay on a little longer when not in use.sometimes I'm at the machine longer than eight min and iron turns off and I have to wait for it to get to desired temp.other than that I'm happy with the iron and will buy another in future

this iron is fantastic! Yes I'm excited about an iron! It's heavy enough to help reduce the wrinkles yet light enough not to hurt your hand. I was ironing 100 cotton napkins and I could never get the wrinkles out until I bought this iron! I'm very particular about my linens. The iron is digital very simple to use! Love, love, love it. Good value for the money

Why does the iron stay in standby mode? I can't get it out of that mode and it won't heat up and this is like my third time using it.

This iron was super heavy and bulky. It felt a bit unwieldy and it was hard to be precise. Also, the sprayer didn't mist so much as it shot water onto my clothes, creating wet spots.

Received the iron and immediately ironed some items. Heats up nicely and I like the fact that there are specific temperatures for different fabric types. That worked very well. The steam and burst of steam are perfect. I would recommend this iron!

I was concerned regarding a couple of negative comments, but have found the iron to perform better than the former iron I have been using for the past 12 years. Controls are easy to see, steamer adjustment is great and so far am very pleased with the purchase!The best part after the old iron failed after years of service, I ordered the PurSteam and it arrived the next day!

I (unknowingly) bought curtains that were 100 cotton. After washing them, I needed a better iron than I had. This one has settings that go from very light to heavy materials, such as cotton.It was MUCH cheaper than sending them to the dry cleaners.
