This is one of the best irons I have had. I am so glad that it is heavy because it gets the wrinkles out immediately. You will not go wrong in purchasing this iron.

This stream iron makes linen an easy job. The LED indicator is a significant improvement and exceeds other irons. I would buy this again and again.

did a substantial amount of research before buying and I am very happy with it! great temp and steam control. nice long cord. heats up pretty much instantly

The temperature control is too easily changed simply being too close the where the hand grips the handle.

I purchased my PurSteam iron back in Feb 2022 and have absolutely loved it. But this review isn't really about the iron although I highly recommend it. Yesterday I had a problem with it due to a broken seal and water running out of it. I called their customer support and hung up without leaving a message when I got their voice mail intending to call today.This morning before I got a chance to call them back I got a call from them asking me if there was something they could help me with. Never...ever have I received a callback from a company where I didn't leave a message to start with. This is a company that obviously does care about their customers, their product and takes a gaint step in customer service. A very pleasant replacement experience and fast.So if you are looking for a reliable iron from a good caring company PurSteam is it!! Thank you PurSteam.

I've owned this iron for two years now and love it. Just as I finished iron today, I noticed the iron starting to smoke ( I thought it was steam at first until leaned in closer and realized that something inside of it was burning). I immediately unpluged it and took it outside as it was it was also making a crackling sound. This was totally unexpected and a major fire hazard. Just be extra careful!

The temp settings are right on. Has a great burst of steam. Is easy to handle. Not too large and awkward.
