I love this iron! it's easy to use. It is very user friendly. The only downside is that the cord doesn't retract for easy storage.

The product was great at first; however, after about the second time using it, it start to leak water after about 10-15 minutes of being used. I've had the issue since. Highly disappointed with the product. I highly do not recommend.

Great iron, except the temperature select button is not in a great place as it gets depressed while holding it in one's right hand. Needs an update to consider that flaw as it's frustrating to keep having to adjust the iron, time and again.

I've only used this iron for two days. I was doing some sewing and needed to steam my seams. So far I'm very impressed with the performance of this iron.

OK, just gonna come right out with it...BEST IRON I HAVE EVER OWNED Not one drop of water, (YET). The cord is so thick you just know there won't be any issues with electricity. It actually reads out where you are on the heat scale. Well opening is big enough to actually pour water in the iron. You can (SEE!!!!!!) the water level. After you iron a bit, the time it takes to reach temperature again is within seconds, (LITERALLY). One drawback, I would like more steam. I iron every single day, have never used an iron this perfect, the person that designed this has ironed before.
