I was hoping for a much heavier iron. It's nice and I love the settings. I just wish it were heavier. The reviews led me to believe it would be what I was looking for. I see and love the point for seams.

Ive used a steam generator for years. After my 3rd one gave out I tried this and its a surprisingly good steam iron for the price. Id buy it again and recommend it.

Have had this iron for about one year and the steam button is now stuck is the handle. I pried it out but doesn't stay. Otherwise, I liked the iron.

I really like this iron, heats up quickly, gives off a lot of steam if you set it for steam ironing, all around very happy with this purchase. I am a big fan of digital irons and this one has a setting for every fabric. Haven't had it long but hoping to have it for years to come

Easy to fill water tank. Seems pretty good but needs spray bottle for crease removal. It's the right weight. Just got this so I'll see how long it lasts. Hope more than a year. Reasonably priced. I have heard now days it doesn't matter if you pay a lot or a little for an iron they all start leaking in about a year. ??

The iron does work better than the old Hamilton Beach that I owned, but is not made nearly as well. It feels flimsy....lots of plastic. So time will tell if it holds up. The steam trigger takes some getting used to and the lever / setting below is in a bad spot....frequently gets bumped and will move to a lesser setting. I tested it on a few shirts....ones that I was unable to get wrinkles out of using the Hamilton Beach product. This was noticeably better. However, the recovery time for the steam is not as prompt as the Hamilton Beach so it really didn't save additional ironing time. The water reservoir is larger so instead of 2.5 shirts per iron, I'm getting almost 4 before I need to fill up again. Their quality control needs a little work. Mine arrived with scratches to the Teflon coating on the metal base, numerous water spots and scratches all over the outside of the unit and water dripped to my hands as I continued to inspect.

Soo after having used this only a small number of times, my husband dropped it, then I dropped it again the next day. Between the two of us we've almost obliterated the plastic bottom that it sits on when you set it down upright. With how many pieces have broken out of the plastic, it's a miracle the iron still sits up without wiggle. I was worried that we broke the thing without having gotten hardly any use out of it. But neither of those accidents seem to have impaired the iron's function, which is impressive! The controls are straightforward. Each heat setting will display a number and also the kind of fabric it's intended for. Foolproof. I'm not a quilter or anything fancy like that - for basic household use though I think this iron is perfect.Only complaint I have is that the latch for the water compartment will pop open on its own (and that's before the accidents!) I'm withholding one star because of that. With the way the water inlet is designed though, I haven't had any leaks - to the point where I am actively using the iron with the water compartment full, ironing and setting it down multiple times, and the only reason I notice the lid has popped open again is because I happen to look there. That really speaks to the thought that was put into this product.Note: Definitely only use distilled water. First time around I didn't have any in the house so I used regular water. We have very hard water where I live. I ironed for a while, then got interrupted and when I got back to it hours later the steam function would expel visible white hard water residue onto the clothes. Not doing that again.

The iron certainly gets hot enough...but if your hand slides up a bit your thumb will turn the heat down...it beeps so you'll know...but bad spot for the heat adjustment.

I decided to try a new brand and so far I am delighted with my new iron except for one feature. It turns itself off rather quickly .... since I do a lot of sewing, it turns off before I finish sewing a seam to steam open. I just get up and move it so it will turn on again, but I wish it stayed on a bit longer ... at least a few minutes longer.

Why does the iron stay in standby mode? I can't get it out of that mode and it won't heat up and this is like my third time using it.

So far, so good. Irons well, but the flashing light the indicates the iron is off is annoying.

Works well for me once i figured out I had to increase the temperature setting to actually turn it on. Old irons with a knob just warmed up when plugged it. This is safer and works well once I checked manual.

This Iron was a great purchase. I only wish it wasn't so bulky. Safety features work great. Turns off if left with out moving. Plug in wire is sturdy and doesn't heat up like my old iron.

I needed a better iron and I wanted one with alot of actual steam output, not just a sprayer. I decided to get this one and I don't regret my decision. It truly works and fast. It heats up VERY quickly and it definitely hotter than my little 10$ iron I previously had. Gets wrinkles right out. The first time I used it, I did a burn off as youre supposed to and then ironed a shirt to test. It didn't get as hot as I thought so I turned it off and let it cool down then tried again and the 2nd time was perfect. So I guess it just needs a really good burn off to start. I love ironing with this iron and it has cut my time down tremendously. The complaints I have are small in my opinion but I will state them and why I gave 4 stars. The steam button for a burst of steam works wonders BUT if I need to keep pressing it, it slows down. So I have to wait seconds in between if I really need to steam.Another disappointment was the vertical steam. And maybe I didn't read correctly but it's not a steady steam like an actual steamer does. You have to press to button to get bursts of steam out. Which wouldn't be a negative for me IF the burst was consistent vs having to wait to get more if you push more than 2 times back to back.So all in all I am very happy with this purchase and have told all my family and friends haha. It's definitely worth the money for sure and is truly a great iron that I'd more powerful than a normal cheap iron.
