I have decided that if I have to be quarantined for 8 weeks, I may as well address a few problems in my world. I broke 2 of my toes last summer and just taped them up and went about the business of life... crooked and painful life. I have tried many methods and these work best. Not only do they stay on but they have physically changed my toes! Twelve hours a day is a commitment but, worth the results. My toes are straighter and much to my surprise, beautiful again. I started with a medium for the first month then moved to small in order to push the bone down further. It's not easy. It's not painless.
