Good product

So I've only tried it on for a few mins I don't know how it will work for future walking, but I was so excited I wanted to leave a review right away:I don't have hammer toes, but I have what appears to be a compressed nerve in my right fourth toe courtesy of not wearing sneakers on a 10-day sightseeing vacation 2 years ago (learn from me). It will not heal, and I couldn't wear any of the stiffer leather boots in my beloved boot collection because the nerve would pinch (very unpleasant sensation). If I did wear any boots, I would find myself limping piteously in fear of the pinch. This of course was not the end of the world, but it was pretty depressing nonetheless. I saw a podiatrist and a neurologist and neither of them quite cared because I looked like a healthy young adult in no apparent pain with no visible issue. After googling various toe splints, I saw this and hesitated for a few months, thinking it would just be another disappointing episode in my toe journey. But I finally got desperate and decided to at least give it a try. Today I tried it on with boots for a few minutes....and it seems to allow me to walk normally. My fear still prevented me from going very fast or putting too much weight on my toes, but I can't express the happiness this hopeful feeling brings so I'll leave it at that.I will add that I wear a women's 7 in boots and the small size fit my fourth toe perfectly. It also stretches a bit. Will update here in the winter when I've worn the boots on a regular basis, if it allows me to.

The top side edge of my second toe gets a little trapped under the third toe and it stings and goes numb. This works perfectly to straighten my toe out and give a little space between the two. I've used separators, spacers, the wraps where you wrap one toe to the other, probably everything they make with the word hammer toe in the description! These crutches are the only thing that gives me a relief all day that doesn't get uncomfortable as the day wears on. I've had these for 2 months and I'm still wearing the same one everyday. I take it off at night, put it back on in the morning; I even wear it in the shower. (It's actually easier to take on and off if it's a little wet, you can just wiggle the crutch around a little bit and dry your toe) It has held up wonderfully.

This product is helpful for a painful hammer toe.Wear it mostly around the house. It is comfortable, but the toe isn't. I'm working my way up to wearing it all the time.

This little thing is amazing. Soft and conformed enough to be comfortable yet dense enough to keep the toe from curling and gripping at the tip which causes the pain. Still need surgery but this makes it relatively pain free. Outstanding product!

I liked that they give relief to foot discomfort.

The small size is good since I use it on my baby toe and the one next to it. I've been using them nearly a year now and my toes are somewhat straighter, though I'll admit that I don't use them every day. It's more effective at separating toes than straightening them; therefore, the main toe I wanted to fix still has a painful callus that rubs against the top of closed toed shoes. I don't wear them with closed toe shoes due to the size and discomfort, but instead use a silicone toe sleeve that's thinner. When I wear sandals, I have to be careful that they don't slide off of my toes and get lost, but when I'm barefooted at home, they stay on with no problem. I like it better than the strap one toe to another brace which could sometimes reduce circulation, and this appears to work a little better for me.

OMG These little silicone blessings are a life saver.I had two BTF last year and my second toe on each foot was so painful. When I found these little toe friends, saved my new walking foot. I no longer am icing my toes!

Comfortable to wear and really does support and keeps the toe straight.

This is the first time I found a size small and it fits my 4th toe perfectly. It doesn't correct hammer toe, but it keeps the toe in position and alleviates pain.

This device is comfortable and I actually miss it when I'm not wearing it. It seems to help my mallet toe problem.
