This is a racing filter NOT a long life filter like some other reviews may claim! Its meant to be changed frequently and actually has a shorter life than the regular WIX filter. Great filter, been running them for decades on all our race motors and work flawlessly and help oil flow through the motor better because not as much paper with lower micron to help oil flow faster through it. We change them along with our oil every 10-12 passes drag racing. Some might say that's excessive, but I look at it as money in the bank knowing have fresh oil and filter very frequently. Much cheaper than a motor rebuild, or a rod through the block

I use these filters on our small block chevy dirt track engines. These will work on any old school SBC. This is the long filter that holds 1 quart of oil.
