I have only limited use of the dehumidifier to date. It is quiet, easy to move wherever needed, works quickly to reduce humidity and does not blow out hot exhaust air. Fantastic improvement from our old dehumidifier.

Arrived well packaged and undamaged. Easy to set-up. Buttons uncomplicated.Fan is powerful, especially on high setting. Fan noise is not too loud, and expected fan level.Compressor is very quiet and can not be easily heard when it kicks on. A great feature from the last dehumidifier I owned.I have it on pump mode to discharge water. Pump can not be heard. Runs perfectly.Unit is an 800 cu.ft. basement and has no problem maintaining the 55 humidity level i set.Very happy with this unit. Would recommend.

This dehumidifier is great. I have a fairly large basement that was starting to smell musty.Bought a hose, ran it to the sump pump and in less than a week the musty smell is gone.I would recommend this dehumidifier!

Really happy with this little find. Even beat Costco on pricing. Went to buy a dehumidifier from Costco and almost double the price - to be fair different brand but still ... decided to give this one a try and couldn't be happier. Does what it says and is holding up well. Delivery went well- item arrived safely and quick. Will be using Homelabs going forward.

My dehumidifier is fairly new, so I cannot comment on long term reliability. The dehumidifier worked perfectly out of the box. The pump mechanism was exceptionally easy to set up and has worked seamlessly. I have the unit in a large basement, and it has done an excellent job bringing down the humidity.

This thing is amazing. I recently completely renovated my basement but the damp basement feeling remained. The dehumidifier is easily keeping the humidity down in the 50 range - it started in the high 70s. I'm not using the drain, just emptying the water for now; and it's probably more powerful than I needed for a 2000 sq ft space, but it is working perfectly.

Very effective, noise is really good compared to the other one I returned. The noise is white noise which is really comfortable, just like fan. Although I feel the humidity level shown might be not that accurate, idk

Absolutely perfect in a basement where I am. The state I live in has high humidity and is damp in the basements making mold and mildew a huge growth

Had to have my basement waterproofed, walls and floor were damp and wet all the time. Since we had our basement fixed for water leaks, we have used this dehumidifier and it is dry as a bone. Love it

I got this for my dog room because sometimes they smell. What I figure out: when the light is blue and it smells I need to clean the room/dogs when the light is yellow it's the air! Love it!

I purchased this dehumidifier as a replacement for one of my older ones and I am impressed. It's very quiet and doesn't radiate a lot of heat like my old one did. As far as the difference in my electric bill I haven't had it long enough but it doesn't nearly run as long as the long one and I continue to empty on a daily basis. Also I do wanna make a note when you do receive this in the mail the first thing you have to do is let it stand upright for 24 hours before you set it up. I've read reviews where people are having problems with it and I'm wondering if that was the reason. I hope the review is helpful!
