Very quiet and price

Works excellent, I use it in my basement.

I just received the machine. It is very quiet and easy to set up. I will update the review later. The unit came with reinforced packing tape firmly attached to the sides of the machine, looking like it is holding the 2 halves together. I took one side off, with some difficulty, and am left with a line of sticky residue that is difficult to remove even with Goo Gone. Are these tapes supposed to stay on the machine? Has anyone else encountered this issue? it is very strange and I have never seen this before. Thanks.

I use this unit in my 36x45 dog training building. It's a pole shed, fully insulated (floor, walls, ceiling), and though the temp is staying good (between 68-76) in this MN heat (85-98), the humidity was making it sticky. The unit brought the humidity down from 74 to 58 in about 6 hours (had to empty the bucket in there at some point), and over the next 8 hours it was down to 50, which was where I set it.The unit turned itself off twice when the bucket was full. This happened once when I forgot it was on and left for the night. I was very relieved to NOT find a flood in the building the next morning! I've since attached a piece of garden hose that I ran out of the building under the garage door, so it's been draining outside. I was worried that the garage door would flatten the hose enough to impede the water flow, but that hasn't been a problem.I haven't figured out the timer yet, so can't comment on that. I will run this unit nearly 24/7 during the humid months in MN, so am not really concerned about the timer.So far, so good! If anything comes up in the next few weeks or months, I'll come back to edit.

It is quiet, seems to have increased our AC comfort while removing the humidity. The major complaint is that emptying the water resesivor it cumbersome and you spill a lot of water.

Got this for our basement. It is doing a great job and it isn't too loud!

We keep it on automatic and it drains from hose into sink in our basement.perfect and easy to set up..works great!

I bought this based on the square foot rating which is almost twice the area of my basement but it seems to strain. Should have bought the bigger one. Also doesn't seem to go on and off as expected. I contacted the company and they suggested a setting change. Seems to work after that at least close to the level selected.

This machine did exactly what it was supposed to- very pleased with how quickly it reduced the humidity in my house.

Good product would order again noise level is great.

The first machine I received started smelling like something it was burning the third day I had it. However I reached out to Homelabs and they are sending out a replacement at no extra charge.

Just arrived and started right up. It's quiet and seems to work well. I dump it twice a day during the Summer

It is an attractive looking unit that fits in with the surroundings and does not call attention to itself. It is not noisy and the fan does not blast, it just sends out a soft breeze of dry air. Dehumidifying is so important for keeping mold down. The humidifier allows us to keep the house a degree or two warmer because dry air feels cooler.

We got one for the basement which seems humid and gets wet when it rains a lot. I can't believe how much water this pulls out of thin air! The basement is feeling noticeably drier. The only downside is I have to empty it frequently. It fills up 2-3 times a day. A larger size might have been in order. Perhaps it will slow when it's had a chance to dehumidify everything more thoroughly? I've read some basement moisture is not only in the air but can be trapped in objects like walls, furniture, etc.

Excellent at removing moisture. Feels much more comfortable and cooler with humidity taken out of the air. Somewhat noisy but tolerable. Wish it came with a hose for a continuous running option.
