Nice unit , quiet and efficient but the tank is too small, I have to empty it about every 10-12 hours

I am having some issues with the collection bin and hose line but it is otherwise functioning as described in the write up.It is in our damp basement and we can't hear it at all in the residential part of the house.

there is a small plastic tab in the bucket that keeps the water sensor oriented correctly so it will lift away as the water height increases to full.It appears very flimsy and/or arrived broken.UPDATE:the seller has been very responsive in resolving the issue at no charge.

I actually bought a unit that is considered too big for my 777 square foot apartment but this unit actually removed excess water from my bedroom, living room and bathroom in a matter of three hours. After the first use, the water bucket was full. Now I'm using the unit for about 1.5 hours a day and the apartment feels a lot better. It is fairly easy to move around and easy to use. I'm Thrilled!!

I replaced an old dehumidifier with this unit and found that it worked better and using less energy. I am using it in a large basement and it keeps it nice and dry. The bad part is that it quit working after about a year and a half. It would still run but did not collect any moisture. The Vendor VidaZen told me not to worry that they would replace it under the 2Year warranty. The new unit arrived quickly and I am happy with a brand new working Dehumidifier. ( I gave it only a 4 star because I don't know how long it will last this time but I have a new 2Year warranty)

This works great for dehumidifying, I just would like it if they would consider their next update including an exhaust port to hook up a duct so we can blow the hot air exhaust outside. Currently, there is just holes on the side of the unit where hot air blows out. There need to be a round port, like on a clothes dryer, we can direct that hot air outside using ducting (purchased separately, because lengths would vary depending on on customer home layout).
