Mission: Our Mission is to bolster purpose and strengthen the spirit of Veterans and First Responders (Warriors) through Yoga, Dogs and Dirt, offering tools for resilience, growth and meaningful community engagement. We envision healing, community connection and positive personal transformation for every warrior seeking continuous growth.

Target demographics: veterans, first responders, and their family members

Direct beneficiaries per year: 635 warriors and families

Geographic areas served: A variety of community settings, primarily in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas and surrounding areas

Programs: trauma-informed yoga and meditation, therapeutic animal interactions, and community gardens.
