Ordered the pump setup and used it for a month before the CB started popping every time. Requested support from the company not only did they help me get it running but sent me a replacement pump free of charge for my trouble.Highly recommend this company/product!

I had the pump for about a month and it died. I noticed some comments about checking for the fuse and coin cell battery, however when I opened up the housing for those and the circuit board it was full of water. I tried out the area and replaced them and it did not work. I was able to contact the seller and they sent out a replacement right away. With the replacement I opened up the same housing and put in some silicone sealing too prevent any kind of water leaking into the housing again. So my recommendation if picking up this pump is take the few minutes to seal the house up.

Got everything out of the box. Followed directions if you can call them directions. Everything is hooked up and the pump has this high pitch squeal. Tried contacting the company and no response.

Works great, love it, especially the timer, easy to use.

Within four months of purchase pump seal is leaking on the pump numerous emails back-and-forth with the company don't have a pump seal to send me I won't send me a pump so basically they do not stand behind that product. Chinese junk.

Purchased this pump March 2022. Didn't end up installing it for use until June of the same here. Just stopped working altogether July 2023. So only 13 months of use out of it. I replaced the small circular cell battery and the fuse, as I was advised. The light on the pump comes back on, but when you turn it on it acts like it's going to start and then the fuse blows. Completely unusable. Support will not provide me with any assistance and will not cover their products at all unless you chose to purchase a three or four year extended warranty. Very poor product and customer service. I would not Purchase this or recommend anybody purchase this product.

Bought for my intex 10ft by 30inch pool knowing it was an overkill it pushes the water all the way to the other side of the pool also didn't need to replace any of the hoses they fit it just needed better clamps for the intex clamps couldn't handle the pressure.not very good instructions but it's very self explanatory.

This pump/filter came fast! but I ran into a problem with pump after a week of running 50 time. I contacted the seller and manufacturer and we did a bit of troubleshooting but weren't successful in getting it to run. Manufacturer sent a new pump, no problem, quickly so that my pool NEVER turned green with all the pump problems! I am a happy camper! The replacement pump runs great!

Well worth the money spent on this filter. Highly recommended. We bought for our above ground 6000 gallon pool. Keeps pool crystal clear since we put up.
