Installed without a problem in 15 minutes. Works just like the original that lasted 25yrs. Reuse the stainless steel screws.

You may get wet installing these, but they fit exactly where the old ones broke out.

My pool is 50 years old and the flapper finally broke. This would have been a perfect fit if the inlet had not warped offer time. The 3 screws fit perfectly and the flapper worked perfectly but in the 1/2 way closed position it would hang up on the side wall of to scupper housing. I removed the flapper and hot both sides with a belt sander to make it a bit thinner and it works perfectly. It still gets 5 stars because if my pool would have been in perfect shape this would have fit perfectly. If this is the flapper you need, you should buy it. Don't pay the $27 that the original one costs.

This was a perfect fit replacement for the original 20 year old skimmer door. It's not the fault of the product, but this isn't easy to replace unless you are in the pool.

Worked Great as replacement for HAYWARD SP1070K. It wasn't particularly easy to install but not more difficult than the original HAYWARD SP1070K.

Worked great to replace our old pool skimmer stamped with a part 8650-4. Couldn't find that part so I went with this one and it fit great.Would definitely recommend replacing the skimmer if yours is broken, especially at such a low cost.

Should be very simple to put in. Slide into the appropriate spot, insert the screw, done! No takes me a good hour! Can't find the slot, can't find the screw hole. Once in. A

Purchased this skimmer door to replace mine that broke, and it is perfect. My original door had a part number stamp of 8650-4. The new door is listed as part number 8650-002. All I had to was unsnap the door and flip it around on the attachment plate. The hardest part was trying to hit the screw heads with a stubby Phillips screwdriver under water.I don't understand the science going on in the skimmer but it simply does not work well without the door in place. Replace yours if it's broke. $13 and 10 minutes of work is a small price to have a clean pool.
