Programs: Since COVID 19, WeSPARK is now providing free virtual programs and services like support groups, yoga, game nights and a host of other therapeutic and holistic programs. These programs are designed to alleviate fear, anxiety, depression, isolation, and evoke feelings of relaxation and well-being.
