Seems silly at 1st but you have to try these. Especially if your bits and screws are non magnetic it saves you time and is hassle free. Not for commercial work, it is plastic but well made.

These are amazing. I work in the battery industry and we have various screws of various sizes and even nuts all over the place. These work for more than just screws if you use them right. Wera is amazing we have a race at work to see who can have all the wera tools the fastest. This is definitely a great addition to the tool box and definate must have for anyone who needs to fully utilize their wera insulated screwdriver sets.

Push the screw gripper onto the tip of the screwdriver until the end of the blade protrudes from the rubber blade holder.
