Bought it because didn't like my cheap doors exploding out in splinters when I drilled a doorknob in them. Worked great, comes with good blades, takes a bit of elbow grease to get the wood circle out of the bit but if you can't just drive a screw in and pull with pliers.

I have used many of these door lock installation door kits so far this is the best love the tithing knob that holds it in place comes with hole saws just which it came with another drill so you don't have to change out the hole saws it is easy to change out with your impact drill socket do lots of doors for customers I do keep the packing when done cleaning it put it right back in it even though it is plastic works pretty good give this one try had no issues yet

The binding of the arbor to the holesaw is not a problem exclusive to the Dewalt holesaw.I learned long ago to always use white lithium grease on the arbor of a hole saw, if you don't then you may have to use a vise and a long screwdriver to break it loose.So had no issues with the hole saw binding to the threads of the arbor all three times I changed the hole saw (did two solid wood doors with this set)It wasn't bad to use, but the price is high for what it is.The guide block clamped to the door without any significant cant or offset, and stayed in place while drilling.Though I could see there being issues if the door was thinner.My major complaint is that the hole saw and arbor are dull. (maybe I got a outlier set?)It took far to much force to get it to cut thru.If I could find my other holesaw set, I would have tossed this dewalt holesaw/arbor set.Giving it 4 out of 5 stars as it got the jobs done, but it should have been better for the price.

Everything you need to install a door lock. Used to install a lock on a metal shed door and it worked well. Measure twice, cut once. Does what it is intended to do. Good for several uses, not commercial use. Over all a very good buy.
