Maybe a little hard to get on the hard hat, but once on wind will not take off your hard hat. It's pretty damn warm and keeps the wind out. And I get complaints from my crew when I wear it. Only down fall to it is, you can't put on your hoodie, well I can't due to it being a full brimmed hard hat. But so far it's great! Will write another review after I've used it for more than a month.
