Mission: To foster high standards of patient care in home health services, provide a forum for exchange of information with member agencies and others interesed in total health care, and encourage cooperation among the home health agencies of west virginia and other existing organizations concerned with health care.

Programs: The council provides home health care information, and continuing education and certification to the employees of its member agencies.
