Easy to install and was a worked well replacing the factory thermostat in my 1990 Pace arrow motorhome.

Easy to install and works just fine. The purpose for us is having a controller that doesn't rely on a battery. The previous one did have a battery which failed and the failure mode was to have the heat on all the time. So after arriving home following an entire winter away, the house was 90 F .

It's perfect for the 12V, 2-wire heater in the travel trailer because it's cheap, simple, does not require batteries, and it locks in the off position. Definitely and upgrade from the OEM Atwood POS it replaced. It could only be better if it were black.
