4 star because there was only one key, package was already open, and there’s no locking bar. It’s just the locking latch handle and housing. So I will have to use the bar from my old latch. For 38 dollars I expected 2 keys and all necessary parts. But at least it’s the right size to fit my old boat. And it has a metal handle instead of plastic. So the handle should last longer.
