I really like this product. I only took off one star because of the package. The sugar gets stuck all over the closure right off the bat so It never closes. I fold it over and put a rubber band around it, which works, but not ideal.

I use a lot of dark brown sugar in the Fall and Winter months between making cider, canning chutney and baking. Organic varieties are not available in my area, so appreciate being able to have the organic, fair trade product.
