The device is great. The battery supply is bogus. 14 of 20 batteries were dead on arrival. Don't have much faith in longevity of the rest.

The person that this was purchased for passed away before it could be delivered. There was not any issues with the product, and in fact another exact unit was used at a local hospital with very good results, thus the associated rating.

The product worked wonderful when it worked. My husband had diminished hearing due to Covid. The product has stopped working after two months and we are in desperate need of it.

The amplifier performs just as advertised. The sound quality is fine. I would have given 5 stars if the headphones were less flimsy and the volume control larger to make it easier to see and use by the elderly.

I bought this for my wife who has Alzheimer's and severe hearing loss. I hoped it would help her but her hearing and understanding is too far gone, so I had to send the product back. Never-the-less the product worked as advertised when I tried it myself.
