When i was in the hospital for a surgery I forgot to bring my cell phone and my hearing aids. A nurse told me no problem, we have just the right thing to help you during your stay. I could clearly hear and understand all conversations, and the tv. So, since I do have hearing loss and hearing aids, I purchased this and has helped tremendously. I have one set for tv in the living room and another set for the tv in my bedroom. Highly recommend this item.

Initially my 94 year old mother who refuses hearing aids did not want to use it due to poor sound quality. After attaching the long black cord that came with it, and a good pair of head phones, she now uses it all the time. So, I recommend it.

I could not hear court cases going on. When it was my turn, I needed a device like this. They handed me a very simple device that worked so well that I immediately came home to look up what was available. This was the best rated one. Pricey but worth the money! I can now also use it to listen to music without my dog leaving the room as she likes it quiet. Perfect!

I bought these for my mom. They are just like the ones they used in hospital. She uses them all the time. You can also change up the head phone and use ear buds

My husband is very hard of hearing but did not like hearing aids. This pocket talker has saved my ears. He used to have the tv so loud that by the end of the day my head would be pounding. Now the volume is comfortably low and I don't have to yell at him for him to hear me. Best investment I ever made.

I bought this for my elderly mother who is very hard of hearing, but cannot wear hearing aids. This has been a game changer for her. We take it to doctor visits so she can actually hear what they say. She is able to use this with visitors and again, can now hear what is said and be able to engage in a conversation. I highly recommend it and am pleased with this purchase.

I love that this makes hearing things, conversations, TV, and music so much easier. Downfalls: makes a squelching noise when volume is turned up too loud or when it gets close to metal; sent with only one earbud, that isn’t comfortable.

I purchased this for an 89 yr old friend. She was in rehab and the speech therapist had one to use with different patients. It really helps her hear what you are saying. Recommend for anyone hard of hearing.

I had used this at my doctor’s office when my hearing aid was broken. So pleased with the quality of hearing that I ordered one for myself the same day. I’ll use this at home while on the phone..using speakeror for visiting one on one. And use it as back up for when I misplace my hearing aid, as I am apt to do.

My dad lost his hearing aids and wasn't able to go to the audiologist to get new ones. I bought this so we could communicate better with my dad until we could get to the audiologist. The pocket talker has bern a great solution to this problem.

My mom tried for years to find hearing aids that allowed her to be part of a conversation. Having a cord attached isn't the most ideal, but at the end of her life, we were able to converse without shouting with those pocket talker. Highly recommend.

My mom, who is almost 93 has been having hearing issues for years. The last 6 months or so has been getting worse. This product has done wonders. I use the extension for the tv and she can now hear it. We don't get blared out by having to have the TV so loud also. We put microphone in the middle of our weekly get together and now instead of us having to yell or her just sitting back and bring in her little world she is right in the conversation. We are so thankful for this. Only thing is we have to adjust the controls for her because it's too difficult. But that's nothing compared to having my mom back! Highly recommend.

Bought this for my husband who has profound hearing loss. It greatly improves his hearing and understanding. He is in hospital now and can understand Docs and nurses better. This one is much improved over the original one we got for him 2 years ago. Thanks Williams. Recommend this to all I know.
