Great round cake pans. Thicker which is nice for an even not over baked cake layer. Definitely buy round parchment to go in the bottom it helps so much baking cakes.

I wanted something to sit in my new air fryer. It is small but it works perfectly. The metal is whitish, I have just put it in the dishwasher and don't know if it will change colors. But really, I don't care--size and usage is all I was really concerned about. I will say it was a bit expensive when you look at its size. I figure I am paying for the name brand.

The pans weren’t packed well. They arrived bent. I’m not sure but I think the package was thrown or dropped in transit. I’m sure if they had been packed better they wouldn’t have arrived damaged. That’s why I gave 4 stars. I have and older pair and they bake beautifully. I wanted to be able to bake four layers at once so I ordered these. My old one are bent anywhere I’ve had them for years. I hope roundness of the cake will be ok.

This is the best material for a cake pan. Properly greased, the cake always comes out, undamaged, after resting for 5-10 minutes (always use parchment paper!). I like to use cake strips for assurance, but you don't really need them with these. The edges shouldn't be tough so long as you don't overbake your cake.<br />I originally bought this set to bake a wedding cake, but lately they've been great for the batter that's sometimes leftover when making a batch of cupcakes. Many cupcake recipes leave enough leftover batter for a 6" round. So if you're like me, and baking 8-dozen cupcakes in a single day, it's great to have a set of these on hand. Then you've got a whole layer cake you can freeze for later!<br />Love these so much I also got them in 8", 9", and 10", too.

I used these with the water soaked wilton cake strips and got a really good yellow cake from box of pillsbury mix. Looking forward to cake from scratch with stiff egg whites.

My cinnamon rolls needed a pan bigger than a 9x13 and thought I'd give this one a try. I was a bit skeptical when I got the package as it's very light weight. Last weekend I made my cinnamon rolls. I sprayed it with Pam, then set the rolls in for raising. After baking, I popped the rolls out and the residual caramel cooled quickly, but it wiped out without an issue. I don't know about cake baking - it's a larger pan than I use for that - but for cinnamon rolls, man, what a pan! The pan performed beautifully.

I wanted a baking pan the size of a baking sheet that I could use for small frozen items like tater tots where I could easily turn them without worrying about losing some. This pan is fitting the bill.

If you do not dry after washing it will leave water mark stains. So dry thoroughly

I use these with a basket style air fryer and a small instant pot. I got a variety of different pan shapes and styles, so far so good they all work really well. Between the pressure cooker and mini oven I can cook almost anything for up to four people.

Be careful with these pans, I went to put them in the dishwasher before using them, and they came out ruined. I should have been more careful and looked before putting them in. Look for stainless steel pans
