This is a perfect size for me. I make my own crackers and can get them nice and thin because the size is very large.

I have a few sheets i use in my kitchen, ones for cookies, ones for meat, ones for veggies etc. But non had deep sides like these. They bake great. And having the deep sides helps juices not spill and a more even heat distribution. Cookies came out great and dont need to line them or spray anything for nonstick. I got a few of these and want more.

It's big enough to hold quite a bit of cupcakes. The sides are not too high or low. Sturdy and strong, not flimsy at all! Love it! Holds about 30 cupcakes as you can see in the picture.
