We use this to make deep dish pizza and it works great. The pizza comes right out and in perfect condition.

These pans are great for pizza. I never use any oil with these. I place my rolled out dough in the pan and press it out to the edges then add my toppings. This way I don't need any flour or corn meal for the bottom of the pizza, nor do I need a pizza peal and NO OVEN OR COUNTER TOP MESS. I still use my pizza steal to cook on. When the pizza is done, I just remove it from the oven, release the spring lock and the pizza slides right off the flat bottom onto the cutting board. Pizza's taste a lot better without flour or corn meal on the bottom of the crust. Highly recommended.
