For brownies they are great! Cleaned almost just by looking at it. We did one round of cinnamon rolls and they left an uncleanable golden residue under each role. I don't see that as a good sign as whatever stuck there will just accumulate over time. I tried soaking in water/vinegar overnight but still would not come off. Messing more with it would potentially damage the coating and I left it. I expect it will last a good long time before we have a problem with brownies, but no more rolls.
The second pan died, but that's on me. It clearly says cake pans, but I thought I could quickly bake two chicken breasts in it. Don't do that.
I would recommend them for cake/brownies and the like and I am sure they will last as long as any good non-stick pans do. I will *stick* with glass as I don't have to constantly watch for the kids damaging the non-stick with metal utensils.
