This thing is so slick nothing sticks, EVER. I feel like you could use it as a toboggan if they made a human sized one. Super easy to clean and so far I've never had to pre-soak it. The lid fits very well and doesn't pop off or let air in.

My mom used Wilton products for years while making wedding cakes and other character cakes and she loved them an they held up for years. I think this pan will do the same. Love it.

This pan is a little heavier than the cheaper ones I have had before. I like it. It also cooked my sheet cake evenly, and the plastic top made it easy to cover and keep fresh. I would highly recommend.

I got this pan to make a upside down pinapple cake, bakes beautiful and then you snap on the lid & flip your cake,

Dislike the fact that some of the finish came off the bottom of pan after first time used.

These pans are great!!! I have two of the smaller ones as well. I love the fact that they have lids and they fit perfectly. They are so easy to clean - it always helps to use parchment or foil to line your pans anyway to prevent edges from burning and leaving stains, but these are just great. BUY!!!!!

A very nice and well made baking pan. Really not much more to say, other than it's a bargain for including the lid. With proper care it should last quite a while.
