I always struggle with filling 12" bags to the correct level, and generally end up with squish out the top and all over the place. These have a "max" line, and are nicely flexible. I made two batches of buttercream... a half recipe each of white & chocolate. Both batches perfectly filled the 16" bags to the "max" line, and were easy to handle.<br /><br />Yes, there was some deformation to the box from shipping, but squishing does not hurt plastic bags, so all good. (Bag-o-bags, anyone?)
