As a Building Services Contractor, I've use Versamatics for 30 years. The best commercial upright on the market. I bought the Sensor for home use. One motor (vs. two) cuts down on the weight substantially. I'm not crazy about it. Again, in comparison to the Versamatic. But I knew what I was buying and I do not regret it. And Windsor makes a good machine.

I found my S12 next to Dumpster at a school. I took it home and never looked back.I cannot understand why they threw away this wonderful machine.

I have this as well as a Sebo x4, same vacuum but with auto height adjustment and 10 year warranty, both are great

I worked as a public school custodian when I was first introduced to the Windsor vacuum cleaners. I will tell you this I'd put the Windsor up against any Kirby vacuum cleaner any day of the week. They are the Rolls-Royce of all vacuum cleaners. I like the fact too that they are the last of the good vacuum cleaners that are bagged instead of those stupid bagless vacuums. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a Windsor. Buy one. You will never regret it.

This vacuum cleaner fully met all our expectations. The power head picks up the lint out of the rug better than any we have used in the past. My wife also commented on how easy it is to maneuver and the 12 head shortens the time to vacuum the house significantly. The chord is longer and allows her to vacuum four rooms without needing to stop and switch outlets. Very pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

This is an excellent machine. Our cleaning person works at a fancy hotel nearby and they use them, so as our old hover failed, I bit the bullet and got one. They are expensive, but they are extremely well engineered. Easy to clear any clogs, replace or clean filters and brushes, vary quiet compared to our old unit and great suction. Never thought I would be impressed by a vacuum
