If you are expecting them to be as sturdy and spacious as a dining room table, then don't buy them.Yes, TV trays get knocked over if you, ya know, bump them or don't pull the legs out all the way.And if you leave a glass covered in condensation on it without a coaster *gasp* ZOMG IT LEAVES A RING WHAT A TERRIBLE PRODUCT.No, these are actually quite nice. And they matched our end tables and coffee tables, so that was a definite plus.

I rated this item a 4 star because the stand is wobbly - other than that the tables themselves are great - big enough, sturdy and a nice light oak color.

Like the tables. Used them for Super Bowl Sunday, worked well and easy to store in an out of the way corner.

They arrived well-packaged and in good condition. They're pretty sturdy, with smooth tops and nicely rounded edges. The wood grain is mostly nice -- but of course with real, solid wood you're not going to get perfectly grained wood unless you pay an arm and a leg. I think these are a good value for the money. The storage stand was easy to assemble, and the trays serve their purpose well.My only quibble with them is they do not lock into place when opened, so they can collapse when you lift or move them. I solved this flaw by attaching strips of adhesive velcro to both the moveable dowel and the attached wood piece underneath each tray (if this sounds confusing, it makes sense once you upend the tray), so the velcro holds the tray open when the two pieces are in contact. To fold the tray back up, I just un-velcro them, and voila!Happy with my purchase.

The tables are pretty much exactly what I hoped for, and at a very reasonable price.The stand they are supposed to be stored on, however, is very un-sturdy. I have to fight with it to stay upright every time I add or remove a table. This is the only piece you have to assemble yourself, and I'm very confident I did so correctly... it just doesn't seem possible to make it very sturdy. It looks like the stand was possibly designed to be a little "loose" possible to allow it to continue working if the wood warps or if the floor surface is a little uneven, and also so it can be leaned a little when you take the tables from one side and not the other. All of those goals are achieved with its design, but at the cost of it feeling cheap and often not staying upright without some fighting.The tables are great though. Sturdy and at least decent construction. With the price of this set and the quality of the tables its not too tough to ignore the crappy stand.

I was concerned that these would be cheap, flimsy and some sort of cheap plastic wood simulated finish. But they are indeed wood, beautiful blond, finish was matt and uniform. Took a little bit of time to assemble the stand. They look great. I use them as stands for tropical indoor plants as well as for the occasion table for TV viewing or entertaining a few guests. They are sturdy but have a bit of wobble that's not a problem.

I purchased this as a gift for relative in another state. They seemed very pleased and I have not heard any thing negative. They said the set was a little heavy and they did require some assembly but were excited to have them.

Changed my Dining Room to black wood table and chairs, and had Oak TV Snack Trays (which didn't match). Bought these snack trays and love them. A little smaller than the others but still serve their purpose. Would recommend.

These looks very nice and feel very solid and arrived on schedule.I am not a fan how the legs work on these tray's. With these, if you scoot them without holding the legs in position they fold up on you. Not a big deal to me because otherwise they are fantastic.

I bought these for my son who is in his first apartment. He loves them and is using 1 for his laptop, one for a coffee table, and 2 as bedside tables. He can imagine all sorts of uses for them and so can I.
