I purchased this product for use as a bed tray and as a floor-tray, meaning- sometimes I would sit on my floor (Hey, it's clean!) and want to have dinner without it becoming an utter mess.This product is absolutely perfect for my needs. It doesn't take up too much room when you fold it and put it away, so that's nice,The legs aren't floppy or anything, they definitely hold up even when my little dog jumps around it as if he was trying to trip it over,It's wide enough to hold up a drink and food, and even something extra. You can really serve someone an indulging breakfast in bed with this thing,It's not tall enough to serve as a little table if I'm sitting with my legs crossed (indian-style)- then I would drop whatever's on it, so it's definitely not for that. But I can absolutely put my legs under it regularly and it's definitely tall enough.The most important thing you probably want to know about is how this product actually looks in real life:This product looks just like the picture. You might say it's a big more dark-dark-brown than pitch-back, but like many things that involve colors and hues, it's pretty debatable.It looks very chic and fancy, like it's very heavy weight, thought it's not too heavy to hold (I wouldn't hold it with just my finger, but it's absolutely manageable, and I'm very small and weak, so it's not at all too-heavy)Hope I helped you figure this one outI enjoy this product thoroughly. It does what it's meant to do the best way possible, and with some household chic added to it.

Better looking than I expected. Very functional. My only gripe is the legs don't lock into place, which isn't a defect just a missing feature that would've been easy/cheap to do and make a world of difference. I find myself constantly knocking the legs in as I move the tray around and then one side collapses and everything on it slides in that direction. Can be a real problem especially with food.

If you like to read in bed, use your laptop,or have a cup of coffee this is just what you need. It is a decent quality and works well and priced right.

Nothing extraordinary about this bed tray (Winsome Wood Benito Bed Tray), but when my gf and I eat dinner in bed, it does everything it should- it's sturdy, doesn't tilt, and holds food without any problems. That's all you need to know.Great wood color too, makes eating like a slob look fancier!

I really like this bed tray a lot. It looks and feels like it would be very expensive, so being that its only $24 is an excellent price! It has a large surface area to put an entire meal and drink on and the legs are sturdy and fold for easy storage. The only problem that I have with it is that it's pretty big. The handles make it easy to carry but you have to be very careful when walking thru a doorway with it and also, it says that the color is dark espresso (picture looks almost black) but I would say its just espresso (a rich brown) but I ended up not minding because it matched our night stands almost perfectly. So, all and all, this is a very nice tray for the money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a solid bed tray.

We got this because we needed something to put glasses on when we got our new sectional. This tray table does the trick! I've used it with the legs open a few times and it was quite stable. The only drawback I would say is that the plywood base is quite thin (I leaned on it by accident and I heard it "crack" but the integrity is still there somehow), so a thicker base would be nice. Also, the color on the website is deceiving. It looked more black in the picture, but it really has stronger reddish tones in the light. Overall, it was worth every penny.

I bought two trays to match everything else in my livingroom that is the expresso colored, but these trays are very reddish-brown, not a dark blackish-brown like expresso should be. I'm going to spray paint them to look more blackish as the red tone is very prominent. That is my only disappointment about the trays. They came very quickly and were packaged superbly.

Easy to use, lightweight, perfect for eating in bed when necessary. I would recommend. This was a gift for my recovery after emergency c section and it was a godsend!

This tray has an excellent finish and quality, it is a perfect size for placing a meal on, it is the right height for over an even big lap. It is a very rich, very dark brown color.

Heavy duty large tray well pleased with it. I use this instead of a coffee table to rest on the ottoman of my sectional sofa.

I bought two of these in December and LOVE them! They're larger than I expected, but super convenient and classy! I leave one sitting on my ottoman all the time with magazines and the remote on it. Looks great! I love that it works as a flat tray or a lap tray with legs. Get it!

My husband is unable to sit up straight to use a TV tray and this bedtray fits perfectly over his legs when he is slightly reclined. The legs are able to be securely tucked across his lap, making this quite stable. This is the first time in a long time that he has been able to eat comfortably without fear of dumping his plate on the floor. The top gives a substantial area for him to place his utensils and it also make a nice size desk for him. Very attractive and easy to clean and store.

We got this product to keep on top of our huge ottoman as it was taking up to much space to keep a coffee table in the center of our living space. With this on top of the ottoman, the ottoman became our coffee table. And, it's easily removed to turn the ottoman into a foot rest. It's a great addition to the room. It gives it a nice touch and I also like to bring it into the bedroom and rest my laptop on it when I watch movies. I love it!!

This was better than I expected. It is heavy duty and rather pretty when set up. I have found many uses for it besides just serving food on it.

Great value for a good price. The curved sides have just enough depth so that items are secure while also allowing for ease of arm movement.
