It arrived quickly, and took two minutes to unpack. It folded upright easily, is an excellent color, and better than I expected. A guest arrived the same day, and used it immediately. It holds a medium full suitcase without any problems. I highly recommend this product.

I love this product. Of course, I've just begun using the two that I purchased and have left them in a rental property. I'll see in six months if they've held up. They are attractive, easy to fold and store, and seem, stury enough when put together, which is an easy process. At this point I'm very happy with them.

I purchased this for my husband who travels often as part of his job. Because of the negative reviews I read, I was a little nervous about the condition I would find it in upon delivery. I'm please it say that the luggage rack is not scratched, cracked, or broken and the finish is exactly the color I was expecting. There are no areas where the stain was applied unevenly or the surface is rough. It shipped in a heavy box with foam padding wrapped around it and extra cardboard protecting the corners and joints.The size is perfect and the nylon straps that the suitcase rests on sewn securely, not stapled, around the frame. The bottom shelf/shoe rack is also very solid and well made. In my opinion, there is nothing flimsy about this luggage rack and the price is very reasonable.I am so glad I decided to take a chance on this product!

It is in our guest room and and our guests love it! it even has a shelf on the bottom for extra convenience. It is very sturdy and an added bonus to any guest bedroom.

The rack arrived just as expected, opened the box and set it up. Very sturdy but then easily closed and stored. If you are looking for a good one, this is it.

These are just as functional as the plain tubular models, but more attractive for the small price differential. Plus, the utility shelf that can be used or swung out of the way is very helpful for travelers.

We don't rent out our lake house but like to invite friends. It gives them a place to put their bag other than on the bed. Keeps things organized. It is attractive, doesn't look like we stole it from a hotel room and sturdy for a heavy bag. I am thinking of getting one for all the bedrooms not just the guest room.

Fine folded furniture is not so easy to find - Guests appreciate having a place for their suitcases...I like that there's room even for their shoes! My guest room is an office w/out closet - this makes it possible.

The bottom rack ends up being very handy. It folds for easy storage. Slightly bigger framed than I expected, totally fine.

This a nice sturdy luggage rack and serves its purpose great! However gave it only four stars as it is more brown than black. Thought by looks of photo the wood color would be darker. Bottom shelf works great for shoes or purses

When I received this luggage rack in the mail, some of the wood was chipped off, so I sent it back for an exchange of same model. The second one I received was better, but some of the finish was unpainted. I decided to keep it anyway just to avoid the hassle of returning another. I haven't had any guests since I purchased it, so can't speak for the construction. I believe the company should closely inspect the finish prior to sending it out.

This purchase was made after my mother-in-law visited at Christmas. When I walked into her room I saw that she had put her luggage on the floor. I was mortified I had not considered the necessity of a luggage rack when we have house guests which is often.This product is well made, good looking and very functional with the rack below. It can be used for shoes or another bag.

The Winsome Reese folding luggage rack with a shelf is exactly what I was looking for. It's in my guest bedroom, so any overnight company now has an appropriate place to set their suitcase. The stand is well built and looks sharp too. The Reese's wood construction is far superior to the flimsy metal tubular luggage racks that are commonly seen.*** Edit to add - the bottom shelf on this luggage rack is the cat's pajamas!!! ***

We got two of these racks for our guest house (casita) because people who came to stay said they would like to have a place to open their suitcases and leave them out. They are sturdy and look really nice. The shelf on the bottom gives them a place to put shoes and smaller bags off the floor.

I love this luggage rack with the fold out bottom shelf. It just looks a step up from the usual luggage racks. The straps are more of a dark brown color on mine. It folds up easily for storage, without pinching any fingers. Seems well built with nice quality. Definitely would recommend.

I haven't had anyone actually use this yet, but my visitors are coming next week. I think they will be pleased. I put this in a closet in a small guest room with little space to spare. It fits nicely, looks good, and seems sturdy. The extra shelf below the straps is a plus. Another small bag could go there, shoes, a purse.... I think this luggage rack will work nicely. If it falls apart, I'll add an addendum.
