Sturdy, well built. Very dark brown color. Nice to have the bottom platform. Was able to fit inside normal size closet

This is exactly what I was looking for. I had never seen a luggage rack with a shoe shelf underneath so I immediately bought it for guests coming in over the holidays. Worth getting!

I read some of the other reviews but both of mine came in perfect condition. Hotel quality and a very nice audition for the guest bedrooms. After my guests leave, I can fold it up and store it behind the dresser, unseen. Have recieved many compliments.

Ordered 2 Luggage racks and they were what we expected.The only problem was the plugs that cover the screw holes kept falling off.little glue fixed that.

I actually first noticed this rack at the Villa we rented in Florida so I went in search of one for my guest room at home. It is just as nice as I remember, and it folds up very easilly for storage.

As part of my job, I travel quite a bit. As a result, when I get home, I always have a suitcase to unpack, and then repack later. My wife doesn't like me to use the furniture or the bed for my luggage rack.I realized that I could buy one of those racks that my hotel rooms always have. When I found this one, it realized that it looked much better then the standard metal ones.When it arrived, it was just a pictured. it works well, and feels very sturdy.When you fold it up, there are even little invisible clips that hold the bottom shelf in position.

No longer will I be embarrassed about not accommodating my guests. My visitors will be more comfortable during their stays. No more bending down to get something from the floor ,!! And the best part, it is a blessing when I pack for my own trips. Construction is great, and it is very stable even on plush rugs. The lower shelf holds a decent size box, so it is also a big plus with this product.

I like that these are light, easily stored, dark color goes with most decors and the shelf is handy. I put extra towels and a blanket on the shelf for guests.

I did not experience the issues some folks report here. I chose this one because of the bottom shelf - nice feature. The color is consistent and is an espresso brown. The finish is nice and smooth with no real imperfections. The straps on mine were a brown color slightly lighter than the wood.

This luggage rack is sturdy and fits my largest suitcase. I use it to pack my own suitcase when I travel. it is useful for guests when they stay with us as well.

Besides being attractive it is easy to store and then take out when needed for packing or when guests arrive with luggage. The lower shelf is handy for organizing.

Very sturdy and good looking. It is actually a nice addition to the guest room and will be very handy for visitors.I like having a shelf underneath for a guest's handbag or computer bag -- Having everything in one place seems helpful.

Works well. Very easy to fold up and can just slide under a bed for storage. Sturdy. A second small piece of luggage can fit on the bottom shelf. Very nice to have for guests so they don't have to put their luggage on the floor.

Good quality, looks like a furniture piece for your guest room. Sturdy but light weight. This isn't the cheapest luggage rack you can find but it is the best value for the money.

Looks great! Sometimes you see a piece and when you get it , it looks cheap but not this item. I would recommend people to order this luggage rack.
