Putting these together was hard, and took 2 nights. I wish there were directions regarding the sizes of screws. I agree with a writer who said to use a mallet to set the screw covers in place. I'm a 65 year old female and my strength is not what it once was which is why I finished putting the 2 stools together the next night. That said once finished I was so pleased. They are solid and comfortable and I really like the color. Exactly what we needed. I recommend!

The color of the wood is not a walnut like pictured! It is more of a cherry. Much lighter and has red undertones. I was trying to match other furniture so be warned!

Work great as barstools for counter in apartment. Also work great as a makeshift side tablewhen needed. Love that I'm getting dual use out of these.

These stools are fantastic. They were so easy to assemble and they have not wobbled since. They are very comfortable at just the right height to climb up on and sit at the counter for breakfast. Love them.

A nice stool. But the heavy wood came scratched on 3 surfaces. Not sure why the company would mail this heavy stool out to anyone with obvious scratches and attempts to repair it.

The product is good, and vey sturdy. It just takes a while, especially in the tight places to use the hex wrench to tighten the screws. You really have to hold the long and short cross bars firm to tighten the screws, because they will continue to turn. When they stop turning is when you know its complete.

This stool is just perfect! I needed to shorten it just a bit. Done! It's a great stool. Sturdy! Easy to use meaning easy to get on and off! And really beautiful! I love this stool!

Got this for teaching/presenting in public forum. A comfortable 29”-high stool for short periods; A useful as a small table for laptop, water bottle, mousepad or other stuff. Arrived in a small box; assembled quickly, via included hex key my own drill hex bit.. will fit in car back seat for transport. Seems sturdy enough for the price.

We were pleased with how sturdy these were. They are solid wood. Takes some time and patience getting all the screws in with the Allen key. I recommend these bar stools.
