I purchased three of these for our guest rooms. They are very attractive and they were very reasonably priced. These are stored in closets and when guests visit I set them up in the bedrooms so my guests can put their suitcase on them instead of on they floor. The wood looks much nicer than chrome. Very happy with the purchase

I love the look and quality of this rack but beware it's not fantastic for carry-on-sized luggage because the straps are more for overall stability than to support the luggage. If the piece of luggage doesn't hit both of the wooden crossbars, it's a bit unstable.

I saw other luggage racks which were more attractive or sturdier looking, but this one was enough of both at a decent price, and it served its purpose very well for the guests I got it for. Now I use it to put the decorative pillows on when I'm using the bed until the next guests arrive.

I LIKE THE LOOKS OF THE LUGGAGE RACK AND AM HOPEFUL THEY WILL HOLD UP. I HAD A METAL ONE FOR YEARS AND LOVED IT BUT THOUGHT I WOULD TRY WOOD THIS TIME. I CHOOSE THE RATING BECAUSE THEY LOOK VERY STURDY.

I ended up purchasing this one after buying the metal version for our guest room. It is elegant and durable. My husband's suitcase rests on it all the time, and makes packing up for his business trips a breeze. Highly recommend it.

For guests to use in our spare bedroom. They love it like in hotels. Durable and looks great.Only complaint is the color on the darker side. Wished it came also in a lighter wood finish. Our furniture is maple which does not match, but it is only used occasionally.

Came pre-assembled which was a nice surprise! I just took it out of the box, unfolded it, and set it in my guest bedroom. Perfect! Nice, sturdy and just as described.
