I had surgery and purchased this tray to keep medications, water, glasses, computer, and to have a place to eat during my recovery. This tray exceeded my expectations and is perfect! I just kept it beside me on the bed and everything was in arms reach and the lip of the tray kept everything on the tray perfect. One of the best purchases I have made in a long time! On top of it being a perfect bedside table, it is very pretty too! A++ I highly recommend! Don't understand why anyone would have anything negative to say about this awesome little find!

THE ONLY IMPROVEMENT WOULD BE A LOCK FOR THE LEGS IN ORDER TO MAKE IT STURDIER AND POSSIBLY A PLASTIC BOTTOM TO CATCH SPILLS

It was for my father-in-law. It works on his chair and keeps things where they belong for him (with the edge.) Handles are nice to carry also.

This product is lightweight but sturdy enough for its function. Unlike other claims legs stay open all they do not lock,but when using correctly there is no reason or need for them to lock. They fold all the way in so product can function as a beautiful serving tray. Legs spread is wide enough to fit the average person. It has a very classy look. For those special breakfast in bed occasions. Only con is one inherent in all full wood products of this kind, it will retain water marks and is susceptible to marking from extremely hot dishes if placemat or hot pad is not utilized. To me this is just common sense for treating any wood topped table. If really worried about this it is a simple matter to apply additional coats of varnish to add more protection.

Perfect to use for laptop or reading or doing mail and paperwork. Solid built, sturdy legs, sits well and steady on my bed. Of course this make eating popcorn or ice cream in bed while watching movies - super fun.

Ok not the best if you are on a couch to use to eat but I leave it folded and on the ottoman. I keep the multitude of remotes and it also is great for gatherings to put food on it in the living room. I use this every day. It's very pretty.

Yes I love it. I had one before this one but it was not way near as nice as this one. I really love it and since my TV is in my bedroom a lot of times when I am eating my dinner I take it to the bedroom and use it while watching TV. For me it was worth the money.

So this at a friends house! She used it's decor table top settings for a party. To get height on the table for food items! Looked great! So I had to have it! Well made, great looking color !

This product was exactly what I hoped it would be, a nice tray, with folding legs to use while sitting on my couch / recliner. The finish is nice, and the product is solidly built. If I would suggest one thing, it would be to have something on the bottom of the legs to soften the surface, or round the edges a little bit more. I don't quite trust setting it directly on leather furniture surfaces, so I put a blanket over my lap before putting the tray on it. Minor thing though and I would recommend this product.

My husband is an invalid and totally bedridden. I needed a tray that would be sufficiently big enough to hold his meals so that he can feed himself. This tray works beautifully, the legs collapse when not in use, the height is perfect, and the sides are sufficiently high so the dinnerware and utensils do not slide off onto the bed. I had a sheet of perforated rubber to line my cupboards so I cut two identical pieces of this liner to keep the dinnerware and utensils from sliding as well. I am very satisfied with this product for our intended purpose and I see other possibilities for its use.

This thing is great. I've used it to hold dinner while confined to bed during a cold, to hold my knitting supplies and chart while working on the chaise, to hold a computer monitor when I can't bear sitting at my desk any more, and even as a little, short coffee table when guests are over and sitting on the floor. It performs all of these jobs admirably.It's very sturdy -- it held that 13lb computer monitor without complaint, and I've yet to have such a decadent dinner that tops that. The legs are attached to the tray part, and while they're not totally floppy when folded up, they don't stay flat against the bottom of the tray when you pick it up, making it a little suboptimal for loading up in the kitchen and carrying to where ever. It's relatively heavy, too, so it's even less ideal for that. It can be done, but getting the legs kicked out while holding the tray is pretty tough. So, if your main goal is to buy a tray that you can load up in the kitchen and then neatly (and without extra helping hands) sit down with the legs out, this probably isn't your best bet. Maybe one that separates from the legs would do better. But for a short table that fits over your legs while sitting in bed or on a chaise, this thing is fantastic. I use this all of the time -- more than I expected -- and highly recommend it.

The table is made very well and legs are position on angles to stand up great. It will help any bed person or relaxing watching tv

Love this wooden tray! I've bought three different kinds and this is my favorite. Love how this has an option for legs or easily folds to have no legs. Wood looks great and does not ruin with Lysol or Clorox wipes.
