These (3 of them) dressed up our closet below our handing clothes and it is so nice to just see the quality furniture holding all our shoes. Love them and love the look of the dressing furniture in our closet. Best Buy we've made in a long time for organizing the shoes!

I was originally looking for an enclosed storage bench/cabinet for shoes, but I couldn't find anything that wouldn't eventually slam closed on or pinch my 4 year old's fingers. I'm glad I settled on this bench. It was a great price, and it keeps everything tidy, even though it is open.I wear size 12, and it will hold 12 pairs of my shoes. The shelves are spaced enough to fit standard, low profile shoes, but you'll need to store your high heels and boots elsewhere.The bench is sturdy and will support my weight (205 lb).Overall, this bench is a very good value, and looks great.

Needed a nice shoe rack - that didn't necessary look like a shoe rack - that would blend with our house furnishings; this bench is a good sturdy, high quality wood bench. It arrived in great condition and was pretty easy to put together in less than half an hour. Highly Recommend!!

I am very well pleased with my Winsome Dayton Storage Hall Bench with shelves. Ours was quickly and easily assembled in about 15 minutes by my husband and came out looking exactly like the picture for this listing.The pieces came well packed and protected and once unwrapped we found that they were very well constructed. The directions for assembly were very clear and easy to follow and the finished bench is very sturdy, looks great, and holds 12 pairs of shoes. Also, I can tell you that it will accommodate large shoes; my husband wears a size 12.5 to a 13 shoe and his shoes fit nicely on the shelves.The top of the bench is roomy and doubles as a great resting place for my purse or bags.All-in-all I would say this is an excellent buy and a great value. I highly recommend it.

Mine was not the slightest bit wobbly either. Simple and careful assembly is all that is needed. It certainly looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture. The color is a very dark cherry color and the shelves can be adjusted in height if you want a shelf for boots, etc. I just love it.

Great buy...very surprise it's so inexpensive. I would recommend this item to anyone of my friends and family. Putting it together was easy. Now my girlfriend can keep her shoes away from the door.

We have 5 of us in the house and when coming in from the garage all of the shoes stay in the kitchen to avoid tracking up the carpeting. I bought this bench to use as a shoe cubby of sorts and it's perfect! VERY sturdy piece of furniture and fairly heavy. We all get our shoes nicely on the shelves with space to spare. It was everything I expected it to be.

Solid construction, easy assembly (10-15 mins by myself), plenty of room for shoes. As some others have mentioned, skip the [dumb] step that has you out the shelf in before putting the side on.

I love this shoe bench!! I was a little hesitant to buy it at first because some of the reviews said it was flimsy and assembly would be an issue due to pieces not fitting into each other. I didn't have any issues with the bench: it came in perfect condition - no scratches or discoloration - and assembly only took 30 mins or so (did have trouble with the back panel staying in the slots towards the end, but other than that no complaints regarding assembly). The back panel is a little thinner/flimsier than i anticipated, but the rest of the pieces are thick/sturdy. As far as sitting on the bench, as previously mentioned, it's pretty sturdy but i wouldn't put 200lbs on it. The color is a lot lighter than in the picture and more of a reddish brown, but if you're okay with that coloring, shouldn't be an issue. Overall, i'd say it's a REALLY good buy!!!

I like the Storage Hall Bench very much. Just enough room for all my shoes. It was a bit damaged in transport, but not enough to take away from the looks.

I have no idea why many stated that this piece was wobbly. Maybe they didn't assemble it correctly or it's a crapshoot what you get. I think the bench is very elegant and beautiful, a perfect piece to organize all of my kids shoes and back packs.

Nice addition to house. Assembling was a little tricky with the shelves in it but overall it wasn't too bad. I was worried it would bow in the middle when sitting on. Seems to do well with someone under 150 pounds sitting on it but not over 200 pounds.
