I am moving from a big home to a cottage so I purchased this for my smallhome. I was so happy with product after my son got it together. Looks very nice and even my picky son said it looked well built.

I know the title sounds like an oxymoron, but it is what it is. I work from home and I just moved to a small apartment. I have an Ikea desk for my work PC and I wanted something for my personal PC. Only I just didn't want two desks next to each other. This table has almost the same dimensions as my work desk and is nice enough to dine on if I need table space.I agree that the packaging could be a bit better. I had a little dent in the back that doesn't affect the workability of the table. For $119 you can't beat it. I could have spent a little less for a similar table at Ikea, but it would be pressboard versus wood with a lovely finish. Plus, I would have to put together more than just the legs.I also bought a pair of matching Winsome chairs. Love those, too!

I love my new desk. It is quality material and looks great. It was very simple to assemble. I expect to have this desk for many years. I have ordered from this company before and the products are still sturdy and strong after several years of use.

This is a solidly constructed desk, easy to assemble, and represents a great value for the money. I was in a local Wal Mart looking for something like this, and everything they had was twice as expensive, out of stock, or made of particle board. This desk is of such quality that if you don't like it, you could easily sell it at a yard sale. I like that it came assembled except for the legs and it was up and ready to go in 10 minutes. And I really like that it is made of wood, not particle board, and looks great.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and removed a solid wood desk top and four legs (plus all the hardware needed to assemble...you will need your own screwdriver). The desk took me 15 min to unpack and assemble. This is not the typical particle board furniture that you normally get for this price. The desk is not only sturdy and solid, it looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a computer table.

From the prior reviews (over a year ago), I took a chance and ordered this desk. The company must have changed their shipping packaging, because the desk arrived in perfect shape and the box was very heavy duty and the insides were lined with blocks of wood around the corners. The desk was put together really quickly and is very sturdy and clean lined -- perfect for a laptop user. Would definitely order from them again.

Arrived 2 days after I ordered it.Packing was very good. Had sturdy cardboard box and enforced corner protectors. Foam seperating parts.Each leg has 2 bolts you attach to the table. Bolts together in 5 mins. Slide in the keyboard and your ready to go.Solid wood and bolts are FAR more desireable for me than pressed and glued sawdust with a held together with pins and cams!This table will last for a lomg time.Finish is not a urathane plastic coating. Its finished wood and you will see some grain and imprefectiosn - that is what wood looks like for those who have never seen real wood...Whats not to like

I noticed many reviewers were upset because their table came broken. I received mine today, November 7, 2011, and it was in perfect condition. There were no chips, cracks, blemishes. It was very easy to put together. It's very solid and beautiful.I wonder if they added more packaging than they had in previous orders. Mine had actual blocks of wood, combined with cardboard, to protect the corners. I thought someone might like to know that.

I really love this desk. Lots of room, hideaway drawer for keyboard. The matching file cabinet compliments the desk and is convenient for quick access to printer supplies and files. plus the wood is solid and looks more expensive than the actual price.

This is an incredible find, I needed a small work table and this is very roomy and solid, no veneer and well put together. The sliding keyboard piece was slightly damaged during transit but was easily re stabilized and is very sturdy now. I am happy with the price and the quality, it looks good too.

We were looking for a desk for our son's room. This one was the right size and I expect will be able to grow with him through the school years. One slight disappointment we had was the cover for the keyboard tray is attached to the desk and not the tray as some are. This limits the use of the tray as a drawer which we had intended since the son in question is not yet old enough for a computer.That said, this is still a good desk for the money.

I assembed this in less than 30 minutes. It's solid, not pressboard that is typical for this price point. It's a solid and pretty piece for the price - great deal.

This is a perfect desk for our space requirement. Minimal installation time. The best part is it's made of a heavy solid wood--feels much more strudy than Pine.

Considering the cost this desk perfectly satisfied me..The quality and hardeness are nothing to complaine of.I couldn't possibly understand how this product was made in such a low price.On top of that, assembly procedue was extremely easy and convenitent. you don't need any tools cuz it is inside packate. It took 5-10 min to completely assemble.

Absolutely ridiculously easy to put together, gorgeous wood, great packaging. I ordered a few other winsome wood products at the same time and, except for the printer stand, they've all been awesome. Especially for this price!

It's as simple as my title says. This desk is a quality product--it's real wood, not particleboard covered in a veneer. That alone earns it major points in my book. The fact that it was so easy to assemble by myself was the icing on the cake. This simple, little desk fit my needs perfectly (I just needed a place for my computer, and I live in a small apartment so I didn't have a lot of room to spare for a huge, space-wasting desk), and it's of a better quality than most things you would pick up for around the same price elsewhere.

I couldn't be happier with the desk. It arrived promptly and there were no defects in the packaging. All the parts were included, and the directions were clear. All in all, it probably took twenty minutes to unload and assemble. It's small, which is what we wanted, but roomy enough for someone with a laptop and lots of books/papers. Best of all, it looks like a really nice quality desk and not a prefab student computer desk. It's not often you spend so little and don't feel like you compromised on what you wanted -- this is exactly what we wanted!

So I was a little weary about ordering this desk only because of the issues others have had with shipping and unfortunately they were right! The packaging is quite questionable. My desk top came with some dings and scratches. You could tell this was from the shipping because the dings and scratches were right where the packaging was dinged. The good thing is that if you send in a request to the company for a replacement they will generally ship you the new top or legs or whatever it maybe that needs replacing for free. I got the new top in a little less then a week and they don't make you ship back the damaged one which is good cause shipping would suck on that! It was super easy to put together and it looks really nice once its all together and there are no dings or scratches! Good Luck with this one.

This desk was just what I was looking for. The color of the wood is very true to the picture on the internet and I had absolutely no trouble putting it together. It is very solid and works perfectly in the bedroom with my laptop. Even though I do not need to use the keyboard drawer, I use it for small notebooks 1" high and pencils etc. I have nothing negative to say about it, I love it.
