Someone on here wrote a review about this Liquin medium and said it looked grey. My bottle arrived today and it too looks grey. I believe it's the thick plastic bottle that gives the contents a grey-purple color.Just to be sure, I contacted Winsor Newton and asked them about it. When I get a response I will post it here.Update June 9:I received a response from WN. Hello Sandra,Thank you for contacting Winsor Newton.Yes, it can be very confusing to have different colored bottles of Liquin, but it's pretty common. The resin color changes gradually as it ages.It doesn't affect the properties or quality of the medium, it's just a quirk of this type of resin. It will start out as a purplish grey color and over time will shift into a light brownish grey.I sent a few photos of the bottle I have and the code. I was told that what I have was made last year so it should be fine to use.
