It works as advertised. I would have given it a 5 if I could remove the strainer ( screen in funnel) if and when it needs to be cleaned. I'm always concerned that I might get some of the stuff which must have built up in my gas can, over the years, get into my lawnmower or snowblower

The funnel helps prevent spills and stays in place while pouring. I use it for diesel and gasoline.

The larger design is a little much, but it does keep down the splash compared to smaller sizes. The filter screen in the nozzle keeps all unwanted debris from entering your tank (there always seems to be some). The large size alone covers over tank opening even in windy conditions.

Bought it to speed up radiator fluid flushes and oil changes. So far it has held up well. However, I am sure in time the screen at the bottom will fall out. But I did not buy it for its ability to strain, I bought it because you can dump a lot of fluid into it and let it drain while you go about your business..

We got this product because the top to our gas can always leaked. This is PERFECT! It is very sturdy and definitely will last us a long time. No more spills!
