Mission: MISSION STATEMENT:“To raise awareness for the Missing by bringing them a voice and supporting the families who are affected by working together to advocate for the Missing. It will also work to provide educational and informational activities to increase public awareness and to increase public knowledge of prevention measures. ”HERE IS WHAT WE DO:
•Provide support and resources for Families of the Missing
•Partner with Rapid Search and Rescue to make/distribute posters of the Missing
•Distribute posters and information about Missing Persons on Social Media
•Provide printed posters to families
•Connect Families of the Missing with resources available to them
•Work with local LE and SAR agencies to assist Families of the Missing (including providing food for searches in our area)
•Work with area Legislators to have April recognized as Missing Persons Awareness Month
•Raise awareness through events held in the community
•Partner with Lamar Advertising for our Annual Billboard Campaign where we bring attention to ALL of Wisconsins's Missing Persons
•Partner with The Wisconsin Clearinghouse to co-sponsor a retreat for Families of the Missing

Results: April has been declared Missing Persons Awareness Month every year since 2015 in the state of Wisconsin, since 2018 in Green Bay, and since 2019 in Brown County. We've worked with the Wisconsin Clearinghouse for Missing and Exploited Children & Adults to hold 2 Retreats for families of the Missing. We continue to partner with Lamar Advertising for our Annual Billboard Campaign since 2016.We continue to partner with The Brown County Sheriff's Office to hold our Annual Missing Persons Awareness Event. We've held Missing Persons Awareness Events every year since 2015.We've shared the Missing Persons posters/information of 1661 missing persons, with 233 who remain missing. We've been able to provide resources and support to many families, and continued to support them.

Target demographics: raise awareness for the Missing by bringing them a voice and supporting the families who are affected by working together to advocate for the Missing.

Direct beneficiaries per year: In 2019, we shared the information of 449 Missing Persons, and currently, only 19 of them remain missing.

Geographic areas served: We are located in Green Bay, WI, but serve the entire state of Wisconsin

Programs: We work with legislators to declare April as Missing Persons Awareness Month. We then hold a Missing Persons Awareness Event where we bring awareness to the Missing, support families, and educate the public with informational activities to increase public awareness, and to increase public knowledge of prevention measures. We simultaneously hold the Annual Billboard Campaign where we are able to bring attention to ALL of Wisconsin's Missing. Daily, we raise awareness by sharing the information about Missing Persons on social media, and support families.
