I purchased this cap because after washing, it doesn't seemingly degrade like my other conventional skullcaps. When the cold wind blows I can feel the cold air making its way through the tiny knit holes of my other conventional skullcaps, but not this one.What's more, this cap holds its shape and doesn't stretch out or shrink after washing and dryingFinally it acts as a decent impromptu sweatband if you aren't already wearing one and suddenly find yourself exerting yourself to the point of sweating.

I do construction site inspections in northeast Ohio and therefore am outside quite a bit, even during our cold winters. Finding a hat which fits comfortably under a hard hat can be tricky. This one fits good, as it doesn't ride down your forehead when you don a hard hat. Keeps my head and ears warm while outside on sites.

Runs very very large I tried shrinking it a few times but it didn't work but I still wear it recommend if you have a big ass head
