This hat changed my life. For years, I unsuccessfully tried to incorporate hats into my casserole recipes. I don't know whether it was the oven temperature or baking duration, but I never received a ribbon at the county fair or church social.While this hat doesn't taste particularly nom-nomy on its own, when incorporated into a mixture of butter, gochujang and chocolate, the mid palate takes on considerable depth and the aromatics are heavenly. I like it so much, I've even taken to donning it upon my dome.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hat for narwals as it does not have a hole for the narwal's mighty tusk! (I can't ascertain whether the absence of a hole is a deliberate attempt to keep the narwal a marginalized sea creature.)
