Mission: Women at the Well Grace House is a Christ centered faith-based place where homeless and disadvantaged, adult women without dependents can find refuge, support, hope and love. We encourage women to live an affirmed, self-sufficient lifestyle, free from self-destructive patterns. Grace House is not a temporary shelter, it is a place where women can find their way off the streets, empowered to never return.

Programs: Grace House was founded in 2013 and helps an average of 20 women/year. Since 2013, Women at the Well Grace House has served and case managed over 230 women in Salem, OR. From 2016-2021 we served approximately 135 women and we have a 90-92% success rate. Our success rate is defined as a woman that entered our program and left employed, skilled, financially stable, found appropriate housing, and has not been homeless since they stayed at Grace House. Most other shelters have a success rate of less than 80%.
