I've been trying to get my rye bread to rise more. Was thinking it was expired yeast. Tried this wheat gluten along with the usual dry yeast and it was amazing! The bread rose significantly more with this gluten added. Am very happy.

Always add this to dough made in a bread machine , after rising, shape, let rise again and bake in a conventional oven for the best results.

Needed this to turn my all-purpose flour into bread flour. This is a cheaper alternative to buying bread flour and makes fantastic sourdough! You only need 20g for a 500g (of all-purpose) loaf.

We bought this to go into 100 whole wheat bread in our breadmaker. It arrived on time and in appropriate packaging. The bread came out fantastic and tasted great!!

I buy sacks of wheat berries from a special market for grinding and making our own bread. Gluten is required for the best outcome when working with whole grains. Vital Wheat Gluten is a good product in a reasonable price range. Bread turns out well.

I used 2 Tablespoons in a 2lb bread recipe oh goodness I've never had wheat bread get so tall. The loaf was huge.
