I made seitan chicken for the first time, and it was pretty good. Texture was better after I put it in the air fryer for a few minutes.

My whole-wheat breads which also have nuts and dates were not rising much though flavorful. With the addition of this gluten I am getting a better rise as well as a more tender crumb.

I added this to whole wheat and multi grain flour in my bread machine recently. Bread came out lighter and less dense and very flavorful. Depending on the results you are trying to achieve, this is a great flavorful addition to lighten up denser bread flour recipes.

No issues with the product. Hard to find in the grocery stores. Really can't tell what it tastes like when mixed with all the other ingredients to make bread.

Sure made my bread taste good, texture became much better. Great addition when baking bread, from okay to Hurray! Glad I purchased this to use in bread making, key to success. I don't bake too often so I store it in the freezer.

I add a little of this to regular flour in my bread machine when making bread. the bread comes out much more tender and fluffy. this is my secret ingredient to perfect bread!
