Sure made my bread taste good, texture became much better. Great addition when baking bread, from okay to Hurray! Glad I purchased this to use in bread making, key to success. I don't bake too often so I store it in the freezer.

I add a little of this to regular flour in my bread machine when making bread. the bread comes out much more tender and fluffy. this is my secret ingredient to perfect bread!

Instead of having both AP flour and bread flour in my pantry, I can just add about a tablespoon of this vital wheat gluten to 1-2 cups of all purpose to turn it into bread flour. Does not affect the taste of baked goods at all. Only problem I have is that there is no expiration date on the bag I received. The gluten powder doesn't smell stale or anything, so it might be fine for now at least.

got this to add to my bread making for my homemade whole wheat bread. Made my first batch the other day and it came out nice and chewy yet soft. The flavor was great too. Very happy with how my loaf turned out. I just want to keep eating it its so delicious!

Needed to buy this to test food allergies and although it proved I have the allergy, the product itself was fine. For those without gluten allergies, you will be very pleased with this.

There is vast difference to the outcome of the bread with Vital Wheat Gluten. The bread is bigger and softer.
