If you like homemade bread but want it to feel like store bought, this is for you. Adding this to my whole wheat bread recipe makes a perfect loaf of bread that's soft like store bought with the flavor of fresh homemade.

For me the only important point is that it may contain tree nuts. This is not mentioned in the description. The product is not returnable and unusable for me, so a waste of money.

I can't speak for the taste of the product. It arrived with a hole in the package. Therefore, I don't feel comfortable eating from it. For such an expensive product, it is very frustrating that it cannot be refunded. I will not waste my money on it again.

Added this to a new bread recipe and it was really good. Great taste and it stayed fresh as new for about 4 days. Also added a dough enhancer. Very soft and seemed to get better as the days went on.

Is a small bag, I was able to do two 1.5 lb loafs of bread...and it was mixed with many other ingredients. So money wise speaking...not good for the budget, but if you have dietary restrictions it is what it is.
